I purchased 'The Martian', by Andy Weir for 0.99c. This got me thinking some more about self-publishing, and since then I have helped several people publish their works, and I have done so myself. Being a geek it was quite easy for me to figure the process out. So I want to share what I have learned here.

Course Content

Using Google Docs
How to use Google Docs effectively as a writer.

  • Get a Gmail Account & Start Writing
  • A Writing Template
  • Write with out fear, edit with out mercy.

And so to Microsoft Word.
You don't have to own MS Word to be able to take advantage of the Word Format.

Using Calibre
You will use Calibre to prepare your manuscript for uploading to Kindle.
