One of the most common issues you will encounter is a student who has become deactivated or has never activated their original invitation.
In both cases, we must change their username to their email address.
On a computer, login to your workplace Account at https://ywamkona.workplace.com/.
On the left-hand side, you have five icons; the bottom one of a Screwdriver, and Spanner is the new Admin tool for you.
Click on this.
The Admin Panel.
Choose a filter of the name.
Put in the person’s name to find them.
Having found them.
And change their username to their email address.
Now you can resend the invite to them and it will go to their email address.
